The VIP Website in a Day is a one-day experience. We dedicate 8 focused hours to designing and customizing your website using a premium Showit template.If you’ve included the VIP Polish Session bonus, we’ll schedule a separate 1–2 hour session to refine any final details.
You’ll receive 30 days of post-launch support to help you get familiar with the platform, ask questions, and confidently manage your site. This support does not include design edits or custom changes.
If you need more customized pages, we’ll assess your needs and provide a custom quote.You’ll also receive guidance on how to easily edit or duplicate pages using Showit’s drag-and-drop interface.
During the 8-hour VIP Design Day, we offer 2-3 check-ins to review progress and make revisions. We’ll adjust the design in real time based on your feedback to ensure we’re on track. Please be available for check-ins throughout the day.
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule. Please note that a rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the timing.
Absolutely. You'll receive walkthrough videos to help you manage and update your site with ease. You’ll be able to change text, swap images, edit blog posts, and more.
Yes! Once the VIP Day is complete, we’ll install your site into your Showit account and send over everything you need to go live.You’ll just need to connect your domain and publish. Please note that it may take up to 24–48 hours for your domain to fully propagate once connected, depending on your domain provider and setup timing.
(Note: This service focuses on design. Domain connection, blog migration, and plugin installation are not included, but we’ll provide tutorials to guide you through these steps.)

If the website delivered doesn’t align with the vision and goals we established during prep, you can request a full refund.
Once you approve the design, we’ll either deliver the Share Key or install the site into your Showit account—at that point, the website is officially yours and the sale is final.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
• Submit all required materials (copy, images, branding assets) at least 48 hours before your VIP Day
• Be present and responsive during your VIP Day and Polish Session
• Allow the full delivery process to be completed, (including the Polish Session if applies)
• Not have received the Share Key or have the site installed in your Showit account.
Final Handoff Terms:
Once you approve the design and the final handoff is made (delivery of the Share Key), the project is complete and the sale becomes final.No refunds will be issued after this stage.
Refunds also will not be granted for missed prep deadlines, lack of communication, or a change of mind.
