Questions
The VIP Website Day + Polish takes just two days. On Day 1, we’ll dedicate 8 hours to designing your site, and on Day 2, we’ll spend 1-2 hours refining and fine-tuning the details during the Polish Session. Your site will be ready in just two days! Please ensure you gather all your materials at least one week in advance to avoid delays on the design days.
After your website is delivered, you’ll receive email support for 7 days. During this time, you can get familiar with the platform, ask questions, and clarify any doubts you may have. We’ll also guide you through the next steps, such as connecting your domain and making your site live.
If you need more than 5 core pages customized, we’ll provide guidance on how to easily edit additional pages. It’s as simple as double-clicking and dragging & dropping! However, if you'd like us to customize extra pages for you, we’ll assess your needs and provide a custom quote for your project.
During the 8-hour VIP Design Day, we offer 2-3 check-ins to review progress and make revisions. We’ll adjust the design in real time based on your feedback to ensure we’re on track. Please be available for check-ins throughout the day.
We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your new schedule. Please note that a rescheduling fee may apply, depending on the timing.
Absolutely! We provide a Quick-Start Tutorial to help you manage and update your site with ease. You’ll be able to make simple updates like changing text, updating images, adding blog posts, and more.
Once the Polish Session is complete, we'll prepare your website for delivery along with video tutorials for easy updates. The next day, we’ll install the template in your Showit account and send you the files. All that's left is to connect your domain, and you’re ready to go live!
(Note: This service focuses on design. Domain connection, blog migration, and plugin installation are not included, but we’ll provide tutorials to guide you through these steps.)
